SCISSOR LIFT atau Tangga Elektrik

Scissor Lift Tangga Elektrik Noblelift – adalah alat lifting hydrolis elektrik dengan mekanisme kerja mesin berbentuk seperti gunting. Salah satu kelebihan Scissor lift ini adalah ukuran platform yang lebih luas sehingga mampu mengangkat 2 orang operator sekaligus. Platform dapat dioperasikan naik-turun vertical secara full electric bertenaga battery dan dilengkapi dengan sistem keamanan cangging membuat setiap operator dapat dengan mudah menyelesaikan semua kegiatannya di atas ketinggian tanpa khawatir terjadi bahaya. Fitur keselamatan tambahan yang dapat ditemui pada setiap platformnya yaitu rem, tombol pemberhentian, dan alarm yang mampu membuat platform akan secara otomatis turun secara perlahan pada saat terjadi kesalahan. Selain itu alat ini juga dilengkapi dengan berbagai sensor kemiringan, termasuk sensor pendeteksi beban yang secara otomatis membuat plaform tidak akan naik apabila beban melampaui batas.

Beberapa sistem dan fitur keamanan yang di sematkan pada SCISSOR LIFT NOBLELIFT antara lain:

1. Emergency Lowering system, when required, the platform can be lowered to the ground from the base of the unit.
2. Safety maintenance, ensures safety during maintenance
3. Platform door self-locking, door lock design is easy and convenient. It has self locking funcion to ensure safe operation
4. Main power switch, when in storage, pressing this button willl cut all power to the unit.
5. Charging protection system, 110 plug in charge with auto-stop to avoid over charging.
6. Warning lamp, warning lamp will remain lit whenever until is in operation.
7. Emergency stop button, up and down operatingsystem are both equipped with emergency stop button. In case of emergency, all actions will be stopped after pressing the button, ensuring worker safety
8. Pot hole protection system, when platform is raised, pot hole protection automatically engages. This will ensure safe operation in the event of uneven surfaces.
9. Auto brake system, provide anti-rollback on a grade during travel
10. Inclined protection system, when the operating vehicle exceeds maxium operating angle, this system will automatically alarm and disable all operations except lowering
11. Horn and motion alarm, horn and motion beeper with security alarm funcion
12. Access panels, located on either side of the frame allowing easy access to batteries and maintenance if needed.
13. Manual relief valve, when required, the platform can be lowered to the ground from the base of the unit.
14. Hour meter, will operate whenever the truck is under power, Hours should be reviewed periodically to ensure timely periodic maintenance.
15. Fault code display, will hel maintenance to pin-point the mechanical problem. See your maintenance manual for codes and description.
